Return Policy

Overview

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged item shipped, or defective product).

Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted only when the issue is caused by the store. Examples include:
    • Incorrect item received
    • Item damaged in transit or defective on arrival
  • To be eligible, you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery and provide photos and your order number.

How to Request a Return

    • Order number
    • Description of the problem
    • Photos showing damage, defect, or incorrect item
  • We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Return Approval & Shipping

  • If we determine the issue is our error, we will provide a return shipping label or arrange pickup at no cost to you.
  • Do not return items before receiving approval and return instructions.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item (or confirm the error via photos when applicable), we will issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and item availability.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Returns for reasons other than store error (e.g., changed mind, wrong size chosen) are not accepted.
